Month in Review
We have had a busy month of working in the church. We praise the Lord for those He has brought by for us to minister to. We had several visitors come, most more than once which is a blessing. Pray that we are able to have good opportunities to follow up with them and have Gospel-centered conversations with them. Also, pray as we do outreach and pass out thousands of tracts each month that the seed of the Gospel would take root in their hearts even if they do not come to church.
What Is A Baptist Church?
This is the number one question we get asked in outreach or even in texts we receive. While there are many churches around, most are either Catholic or some form of Pentecostal church. When people hear the word missionary, they think we are Mormon. It has been quite a learning experience, but we are very grateful as this opens the door very easily for us to share the Gospel and explain why we are different from other churches. Pray for us as we answer these questions.
Prayer Requests
Some prayer requests for the next few weeks are:
- Handing out tracts for the church plant
- For safety as the area around the church can be dangerous
- Growth of the church
- Wisdom and energy to accomplish the work
Thank you to all who have been praying for us!
For His Glory,
Robert, Emma, Lucille, Kelsey and Malory Becker
