Summary of the Month The month of May was a great month for us. We were able to see the Lord work in many different areas and some for the first time.
First Baptism
We were able to be a part of the first baptism at Faith Baptist Church. It was a great Sunday and the Lord blessed. It was also great for the other members of the church to see this so that they can grow and better understand the purpose of baptism.
First Men’s Meeting
We also had our first men’s meeting at the church. It was a great time of fellowship with the men of the church. We grilled meat, introduced the men to corn hole, and had a devotion time.
Fellowship with Families
We were blessed this month to grow in our relationships with some families at church. The beginning of the month, we began language class with a sweet lady from the church, providing the opportunity to really get to know her and her family. We have been able to have meals with her and another family from church where we enjoyed practicing our language skills and eating wonderful Argentine food.
Prayer Requests
That we would continue to grow in Spanish.
That we would continue to grow spiritually in the Lord.
That the Lord would direct our path after our internship.
That the congregation of Faith Baptist would continue to grow in the Lord.
