Month in Review
March was a great month for us even though some plans did change. We began the month in Alabama then we went to Ohio, Alabama, and back north to Illinois and Ohio again. Since the rest of our meetings for the month were canceled, we headed back home to Georgia where we are staying for now.
Province for the Month
Neuquén is a province located in the western part of the country sharing a border with Chile at the Andes Mountains. Many relics from native ancient peoples have been discovered as well as dinosaur bones. This is a very diverse province with many fertile areas of orchards, oil fields, and mountainous ski areas. One of the ladies at the church we interned at while in Argentina was from Neuquén, and we were able to see pictures of this beautiful province. Please be praying with us that laborers would be raised up to bring the news of the Gospel to the half a million people of this province.
Argentina and Coronavirus
Argentina now has 1,265 confirmed cases and has had 36 deaths including the first one in Latin America. The president has closed all borders, and everyone is under lockdown until at least April 12. Anyone who breaks the quarantine rules will be arrested. Please be praying for the country and the missionaries there that through this crisis people would turn to Christ.
