Sunday School
Over the last two years at the training center, we have been teaching the 3rd– 5th-grade class for Sunday School. We have enjoyed it so much. We know that it has helped us grow in our understanding of the Bible as well as show us the joy of being able to teach others the truths found in the Word of God. This past Sunday was our last one as we take time to prepare for our internship in Argentina.
Our Generation Summit
This is a three-day event where we challenge young people to give their lives to serve Jesus Christ anywhere that He might ask them. It was a great time of fellowship and encouragement. I would recommend going to the one next year if possible for you.
Parents Leaving
Then after the Summit on New Year’s Day, my parents took us out for breakfast and some shopping for our internship. Then it was time to say goodbye.
Why We Do It
It is very bitter-sweet as we say goodbye to those we love and leave the things we are doing to go to a place we know very little about. Some of you may wonder why we would choose to live our lives in such a way that we leave all behind us and go to a place and people that we don’t know. The answer is that we do this because of the Love of God. God loves all people on this earth, and He wants each and every one to have the chance to hear and accept the Gospel message. It is our job (those who know the Gospel) to get it to those that don’t have it. Will you pray for us as we go on our internship to Argentina? Will you give to help us go on our internship to Argentina?
