Politics in Argentina

After the death of then president Juan Peron in 1976, the military took control beginning a period known as the Dirty War which lasted for about 9 years. During this time, it was estimated that between 20,000 to 30,000 people were kidnapped and then killed. The political situation in Argentina has almost always been a rocky one; for instance, in 2001, Argentina had 5 presidents in just 10 days.

Now a poor political situation is bad but not as bad as 30,000 people dying without Jesus Christ as their Savior. Please be praying for us as we go to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the people of Argentina.
