This past week was a great week for Faith Baptist Church as we held our first baptism. Patrick Henry was able to baptize Mariano a man in the church that he has been discipling.
Mariano was ready and understood the purpose of baptism. It was a great day and the Lord blessed. We had 48 in attendance, many of which were Mariano’s family, and they heard a clear presentation of the Gospel. As well as it was good for the others in the congregation to see baptism and to hear teaching about it.
I ask that you be praying for Mariano as he continues to grow in the Lord. Also, please be praying for the congregation of Faith Baptist as Patrick disciples them and teaches them the Word of God, that they would understand and be ready for baptism following the Lord in obedience.
